Rooted in Christ Ministries was founded to help the searching soul find salvation through Jesus Christ, and to encourage and strengthen those who have found Him to grow deeper roots in Him.
There is only one true God.
God said, "There is no God apart from me, a righteous God and a Savior, there is none but me. Turn to me and be saved, all you ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other." Isaiah 45:21-22
This God has redeemed us from our sins on Golgatha, so that we will be reconciled to Him.
"For if, when we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!" Romans 5:10
Out of grace and love He humbled Himself to come down to earth to become a man and to pay our debt by dying on our behalf, so that when we personally accept His death on the cross we will enter eternal life.
Jesus said, "I am the way, and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6
This ministry desires to bring the searching soul closer to His love and His waiting embrace.
"Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight," declares the LORD." Jeremiah 9:23
God's greatest desire is that we know Him and hand everything over to Him, to trust Him and to live with Him.
He came to call the sinner, not the righteous. He came for the poor, the suppressed, the sick, and the weak. Those that the world rejects, He takes in His arms, presses them to His heart. He desires that they believe in Him and live their life with Him.
He came to give us life and that in its fullness. All we have to do is to accept Christ as our Lord and Savior and we must give Him what holds us down, what imprisons us, what hurts us, what breaks us. We must give up our pride and self-seeking egos and He will turn our lives into a lives of freedom.
RICM's vision
- We want to encourage people to grow in Christ, to grow roots in Him, to be grounded in Him so that when the storms hit we will be anchored in Him.
- We want to encourage daily Bible reading, prayer and Bible study and fellowship with other Christians.
